CONFIGURATION LAW INFORMATION SEMINAR NO. 7440 HELD

The information seminar on the "Law No. 7440 on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables and Amending Certain Laws" published in the Official Gazette dated March 12, 2023 and the implementation of this law took place in the Conference Hall of our Chamber. Balıkesir Tax Office Head of Tax Office Ayhan Yaman, Bandırma Tax Office Manager Mehmet Cengiz, Bandırma Chamber of Commerce members and accountants attended the seminar with a presentation by Ali Gündoğdu, Corporate and Other Taxes Manager Recep Yaşar and Collection Manager Şebnem Gök. participated. In the seminar; While information was given about the structuring of receivables, tax base and tax increase, correction of business records, additional tax and other conveniences and liabilities brought by the law, the questions of the participants were answered. At the end of the seminar, Bandırma Chamber of Commerce Chairman Adem Yılmaz presented a gift to the guests who made the presentation in memory of the day.
